Protecting your personal data is extremely important to us. As a result, we process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). This privacy information informs you about the most important aspects of data processing as part of our website.

If you contact us using the form on our website or by e-mail, we store the data you provide for six months to process your inquiry and in case there are follow-up questions. We do not pass on your data without your consent.

Please note that online store operators store the connection owner’s IP data, along with their name, address and credit card number in cookies to simplify the purchase process and for subsequent contract processing.
In addition to this, we also store the following data for contract processing. The data you provide is required to fulfil the contract or perform pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data. Data is not sent to third parties, except to send credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers to enable them to debit the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned so that they can deliver the goods and to our tax consultants, in order to meet taxation law requirements.
If the purchase process is cancelled, the data stored is deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the archival period under taxation law (7 years) expires.

Your name, address, purchased goods and purchase date are also stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data is processed based on the legal stipulations of Section 96 Par. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 Par. 1 a (Consent) and/or b (Necessary for contract fulfilment) of GDPR.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files, stored on your device by your browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this to happen, you can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are set, and only accept them in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Our website uses functions provided by web analytics service … [name of the tool and provider company with its domicile including information on whether data is sent to a (non-European) third country]. Cookies are deployed for this to analyse how a website is used. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by configuring your browser not to store cookies.
We have concluded a contract to this effect with the provider for processing of order data. Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymised immediately [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. That only permits a rough localisation. Data is processed in accordance with the legal requirements of Section 96 Par. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 Par. 1 a (Consent) and/or f (Legitimate interest) of GDPR.
Our concern in accordance with GDPR (legitimate interest) is improving our services and website. As the privacy of our users is important, the user data is pseudonymised

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Simply send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@shoemission-group.com. We then immediately delete your data we needed to send you the newsletter.

You have fundamental rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, cancellation and objection. If you believe that processing your data infringes data protection laws, or your legal data protection entitlements have been violated in another way, you can complain to the supervisory authorities.
